training. was like 15 minutes late for it.
i was supposed to meet up with hou zi.
waited so long for e bus to her house man.
made her wait. like only for 5 minutes and guess wad.

bus broke down in the middle of the journey.
um. yeah. like real. nah. it was jus an excuse so that we wouldnt get punishment or wad.

admit that my shots were not up to standard today. cus i injured my left wrist again? i dunno.
jus felt the pain again.
so today. we had four sets of 20 crunches 20 sit ups 20 jumpin jacks.
cus four ppl had the wrong attire.
so total was.
erm.
we did 80 crunches. 80 sit ups. 80 jumpin jacks.
fun actually.
so yeah. got screamed cus of my shots n cus i din guard my goal keeper.
i was so darn pissed for awhile ok.

had dinner at dover. ness saw brown.

after dinner. went to see fairsians play basketball.
