Having everyone like you is overrated as well as impossible. There's way too much compromise involved in being everyone's friend and never making waves. And what do you really get out of it, anyway? Be ready to be contrary, and don't get upset if someone says you just aren't his or her cup of tea. Getting along well with others is always preferable in life, but getting along with everyone just isn't realistic. Get over it.
