I think I hv a disorder and I feel the need to tell someone important to me. Grandparents don't/won't understand. Hasan left for kl last night + no auto-roaming. Does needing valproate sound scary to you?

Not at all, i even think everyone needs a stash of valproate with them. We're in Singapore zzz. Thinking alot and the vortex of emotions are inevitable so no worries. Just don't make "over-analysing things" a habit k.
