I remember how we all first met. I remember "Mama, turn off the radio!" song you sang for Bev, Vic and I. I remember the funny stunts you pull and made me laugh so much. I remember spending time with Vic doing some shopping to give Trism a small gift for Valentines' day. I remember writing your name on a small piece of card. I remember your facial expression when you received it. I remember sitting at Marina's staircase with the mind-boggling riddles at 6 in the morning. I remember Home Club. I remember smoking with you when it was cold and all of us needed a smoke. I remember you shouting my name from afar at Clarke Quay on my birthday. I really didn't expect you to come with Ril and Gambit and boy, was I thrilled. I remember you offering me cab rides home together with you at ungodly hours. I remember I was damn tired after I returned to Singapore from Johor and I wanted to just head home and sleep until the next morning but you wanted to meet to go bowling together with Ril. I am very thankful for that day although it is a bittersweet memory for me. Needless to say, I had hell a lot fun that night but that also marked the last day we spent quality time together )':
Ismail Bin Abdul Rahman a.k.a Babe telah kembali kpd Rahmatullah pada 24th April 2010. Al-fatehah. Amin. To the rest of his family and friends, my deepest condolences and let's keep him in our prayers. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Thank you for all the good times you've shared with us, Babe. I know you are in a better place and in good hands. Until we meet again my friend. You will always be missed. x
